Participation Rules
Please read the following terms and conditions before completing your registration.
- Entry is OPEN to industry professionals, academic staff, non-academic staff, and students from local universities, polytechnic, institutes, colleges and schools locally and internationally.
- Entry is limited to FIVE (5) members per team, inclusive of the team leader.
- Submission is either in BAHASA MELAYU or ENGLISH only.
- All registrations must be completed ONLINE.
- Only registrations with PAID FEES will be processed and officially recognized as participants of the competition.
- The competition will be carried out virtually.
- Duration of the video presentation is strictly limited to SIX (6) MINUTES ONLY.
- Collaborative efforts with industries without Intellectual Property (IP) infringement are encouraged.
- The organisers have the right to reject any entries if deemed unsuitable for the competition.

Virtual Participation
ILEIC 2026 is fully virtual. All presentations, evaluations, and the awards ceremony will be conducted online — no travel required.
Registration Steps
How To Register

Register Your Team
The Team Leader must complete the online registration form and register all team members.

Receive Registration ID
After successful registration, the Team Leader will receive a unique Registration ID via email.

Make Payment
Pay the registration fee according to the selected competition category and keep your payment proof.
4
Submit Documents
Use the Registration ID to submit the extended abstract, video presentation, and proof of payment.
