Registration & Submission Guidelines

Submission Process

Follow the steps below to complete your team registration and competition submission.

Team Registration
The Team Leader is required to complete the online registration form and register all team members. Upon successful registration, the Team Leader will receive a unique Registration ID via email. This Registration ID must be used for all subsequent submissions.

Submission of Competition Materials
The Team Leader must submit the required documents through the submission link. Please ensure that the Registration ID is clearly stated in the submission.

Extended Abstract

Submit your extended abstract using the official ILEIC 2026 template.

Video Presentation

Upload your innovation project video presentation according to the video guidelines.

Proof of Payment

Upload a valid proof of payment based on the selected competition category.

Important Submission Note

A submission will only be considered complete and officially accepted after the registration fee has been paid according to the selected competition category and valid proof of payment has been uploaded.

Extended Abstract

Submission Requirements

  1. The extended abstract must be prepared using the official ILEIC 2026 template.
  2. The extended abstract should clearly describe:
    • Title of the project
    • Introduction / Background
    • Problem Statement
    • Objectives
    • Methodology / Development Process
    • Results / Outcomes
    • Conclusion and Impact
    • Keywords
  3. The submission must be written in English or Bahasa Melayu.
  4. Download the official extended abstract template HERE .
  5. The extended abstract should be submitted through the official submission link.
Video Presentation

Video Submission Guidelines

  1. The video presentation must be delivered in English and Malay and must not exceed SIX (6) minutes. Videos exceeding the time limit will incur penalties.
  2. Each video MUST begin with the following information:
    • Title
    • Group Members
    • Project ID
    • ILEIC 2026 Logo
  3. The video presentation must include the following:
    • Introduction
    • Objective(s)
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Outcome/Novelty of the Study
    • Conclusion
  4. Please upload your video presentation by providing a Youtube link.
  5. Participants must upload their video presentation to their personal Youtube channel and set the video visibility to Public (viewable by anyone).
  6. The content must be suitable for a general audience. Videos deemed inappropriate by the judging committee will be disqualified.
  7. Videos must address the ILEIC 2026 judging criteria.
  8. The use of third-party software or services to artificially boost views, targeted advertisements, or purchase likes is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  9. The results will be announced on the ILEIC 2026 website.
  10. The judges' decisions are final, and no appeals will be entertained.
