Registration & Submission Guidelines

Submission Process

Follow the steps below to complete your team registration and competition submission.

Team Registration
The Team Leader is required to complete the online registration form and register all team members. Upon successful registration, the Team Leader will receive a unique Registration ID via email. This Registration ID must be used for all subsequent submissions.

Submission of Competition Materials
The Team Leader must submit the required documents through the submission link. Please ensure that the Registration ID is clearly stated in the submission.

What To Upload

Extended Abstract

Submit your extended abstract using the official ILEIC 2026 template.

Video Presentation

Upload your innovation project video presentation according to the video guidelines.

Proof of Payment

Upload a valid proof of payment based on the selected competition category.

Important Submission Note

A submission will only be considered complete and officially accepted after the registration fee has been paid according to the selected competition category and valid proof of payment has been uploaded.

Extended Abstract

Submission Requirements

  1. The extended abstract must be prepared using the official ILEIC 2026 template.
  2. The extended abstract should clearly describe:
    • Title of the project
    • Introduction / Background
    • Problem Statement
    • Objectives
    • Methodology / Development Process
    • Results / Outcomes
    • Conclusion and Impact
    • Keywords
  3. The submission must be written in English or Bahasa Melayu.
  4. The file should be submitted in Word document format.
  5. The extended abstract should be submitted through the official submission link.
